We are looking for a permanent full-time Dental Administrator/Treatment Coordinator

Mondays to Thursdays 8:30am to 5:30/5:45p

Fridays 6:45am to 3:15pm

One Saturday a month 8:30am to 3:15/3:30pm

Details:

The successful candidate is dedicated, reliable and has a positive and cheerful disposition.
Applicants must have a minimum of two years dental administration and treatment coordinating experience, strong communications skills, excellent command of the English language both verbal and written, committed to providing exceptional customer service, demonstrates both independent and collaborative work capabilities, is a muti-tasker, has strong telephone etiquette, executes day to day administrative responsibilities with attention to detail, and with a result-oriented attitude.
Dentrix software knowledge an asset, but not required.
Located in the Mars building a technological and innovative hub in the city.
Accessible by subway via direct underground pedestrian walk-way, streetcar, and paid underground parking.
